For some cell phones/mobiles it is more difficult to record the video interview for technical reasons.
If you do not have access to any other device, we recommend:
- Close all other applications.
- Free your cell phone memory (RAM).
- Connect to a stable WIFI network.
- Switch your phone to desktop mode:
Selecting on the screen the 3 dots (as shown in the image) and then "Desktop Site" (or "View as Computer" on some devices).
