You can accept, decline or reschedule an interview like this:


  1. Open the company email inviting you to the interview.

 

  1. Read the interview specifications and, depending on your availability, select one of the three available options: “Decline”, “Reschedule” or “Confirm”.

 

 

If you choose to “Confirm” the interview

 

  1. Check the “Confirm” box.

 

  1. A window will open that confirms your acceptance and displays the details of the appointment.


  1. You will receive an email confirming your interview.


  1. On the day of your interview, you can log in by opening the confirmation email and clicking "Enter Interview" at the scheduled time.



If you choose to “Reschedule” the interview

 

  1. Select the “Reschedule” box.

 

  1. A window will open where you must indicate your availability. Once you have done this, you must press “Send”.

 

 

 




  1. A window will open confirming that your request was sent. This way, the recruiters will be able to see your available hours and will evaluate the possibility of scheduling a new appointment for you. 


If you choose to “Decline” the interview

 

  1. Check the “Decline” box.

 

  1. A window will open for you to write the reason why you have rejected the interview. After you have done this, press “Submit”.


  1. A window will open confirming that the invitation was declined.
