Aira allows you to use each Identity Document (Passport/Driving Licence/National ID card) once per application process only.
If the platform indicates that this document has already been used, you should consider the following:
You may have applied for the offer with another email address. In this case:
Continue your application with the initial email and cancel your new application. This ensures that you do not receive automated emails for pending tests to the new email address.

You may have applied for the job offer and then unsubscribed. In this case:
Your data can no longer be viewed by the requesting company.
Additionally, your identity document is blocked from reapplying for the same process. This way, we can ensure that each candidate has only one opportunity to apply for each vacancy.
