Consider that you can record the video interview from any computer, cell phone or tablet and it only lasts 1 minute.

We recommend using a computer with the Google Chrome browser.

 

Common Cases

  • Audio is heard underneath
    • Microphone: Review settings and turn up the volume
    • Internet Explorer and Edge browser: We recommend using other browsers, ideally Google Chrome.
  • Unrecognized camera
    • Camera Authorization: AIRA must have access to your camera and microphone. Review your team's control panel or permission settings.
    • Internet Explorer and Edge browser: We recommend using other browsers, ideally Google Chrome.
  • Video does not load
    • Internet: Use Stable WIFI Connection
    • Video Length: Should be between 30-60 seconds
  • Cellular Problems
    • Internet: Use Stable WIFI Connection
    • Missing Space: Close all other applications and free up your cell phone memory (RAM)

It is not possible to attach pre-recorded videos in AIRA because we need to make sure that the video meets the proper format and there is a level playing field among applicants.
